MY BELOVED GUITARS

Guitar:
Vester imitation Strat. Currently sporting several band logos on it's scratchplate. Sure, it's a little beat up, but it's got a good action, and I love it all the same.

Pickups:
Three Single Coil, two of which are mildly rusted over. This produces some truly annoying feedback at higher volumes, but hey, we all have to suffer for our art.

Tuning:
Drop D flat, as often as possible

Guitar:
Epiphone Les Paul Double Cutaway. Also has a nice action on it, though it's the only new guitar i've ever owned, so i'm kinda afraid to go sick with it just yet..

Pickps:
Two P-70's. They're not rusted and they don't feed back. You have no idea nice it is not to have to worry about feedback all the time.

Tuning:
Changes between Drop D and Standard

Strings:
Dean Markley Custom Lights. Easy to bend, and still let you detune. I usually beat mine to death for about a week straight, just to kill that annoying ringing thing that they do.

Picks:
Jim Dunlop 1.5mm. The fat green ones with the crocodile on them.

Effects:
DOD Death Metal - Provides the world's stupidest amount of distortion, whether you like it or not. Fortunately, I like it a lot. The model I own is actually earlier to the one pictured, so I like to think that I own the more juvenile version. That being that mine doesn't have the translations of the R.I.P, Guts, Pain and Scream knobs, and it also has a much nicer flicked red paint for blood effect.
Jim Dunlop "Jimi Hendrix" Wah - Produces, I think, a much better wah sound than it's close cousin, the Cry Baby.
